Our cancellation conditions:

For individual guests
Cancellation until 6 pm the day before arrival is free of charge.
For later cancellations and no shows 100% of the room rate will be charged.

For groups reservations (15 rooms or more)
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival free of charge
Cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival 30% of the room rate
Cancellation up to 1 week before arrival 50 % of the room rate
Cancellation up to 2 days before arrival 80 % of the room rate
Later cancellations as well as no shows will be charged with 100% of the total booking rate

For seminar bookings
Up to 4 weeks before event/seminar free of charge
Up to 2 weeks before event/seminar € 150,- per seminar day
Up to 7 days before event/seminar € 200,- per seminar day
Within 1 week before event/seminar € 250,- per seminar day

Room reservations in connection with a seminar booking will be handled like a group reservation, depending on the contingent.

These cancellation conditions are valid for direct booking and conclusion of contract between the customer and the arte Hotel Kufstein. In case of booking via intermediary other conditions apply. Cancellation requests must always be made in writing.
